DC Design Journal #7

With DC ADVENTURES now available, we wanted to show off some of the characters from DC ADVENTURES: Heroes & Villains, Volume I. That book is a few months off, but it provides us with a good opportunity to show off how the writers of those books used DC ADVENTURES to design the characters appearing in those books. This is the first of a series of design journals by some of the writers who contributed to the Heroes & Villains books!

DC Adventures has gone to print! In just a month you'll be able to get the final printed game book that brings DC Comics back to roleplaying. The PDF is available today so you can purchase that right away. We're also offering a special bundle of the book and a discount PDF, and you can get that in three ways:

• First, you can pre-order the book in our online store. When you do so, you'll be offered the option of adding the PDF to your order for only $5 instead of the usual $20. You'll get the PDF right away and the book will be shipped once it's finished printing.
  
• Second, you can pre-order it from your local game store if it's a member of our GR Pre-Order Plus program, and get a unique code that will let you buy the discount PDF from our online store. Just as with the first option, you pre-order the book and get the PDF for $5.
  
  Since we just announced the GR Pre-Order Plus program on Monday, it may be that your local store hasn't heard about it yet. If they haven't, please spread the word and tell them that they can find more info on the program in the Retailer Support section of our website.
  
• Third, you can get DC Adventures from us directly at GenCon. We will have 300 copies at our booth and once they are gone, they are gone. If you score a copy there, you'll also get one of the codes that will let you get the discount PDF from our online store.
